$90.00

Named after one of Great Grandmothers, she and her husband had an egg farm. My dad has fond memories of her fried chicken dinners. She made quilts and had quilting bees regularly using a frame hanging from the ceiling. She and her daughters Mildred, Willard, Genice, Faye, Christene and Dixie worked on them together. My dad remembers them sewing together for what felt like hours as a kid.

Our Quilters Clappers are made in Quinton Virginia. They are cut from hardwood and shaped by hand. Each one is engraved and hand finished with a food safe oil. Due to the handmade nature of these items there will be slight variations in each item. They are roughly 3 ½ inches wide, 11 ½ inches long and and 1 ¾ inches thick.

April was quite a month.

I didn’t get as much done from my list as I typically do and that’s ok, sometimes life gets busy or you need a break. I usually find after a break I’m
more inspired than ever.

 I spent April relaxing
